Megan’s passion for national security and the public sector grew out of witnessing the 9/11 tragedy unfold in her office window facing the Pentagon.  That moment shaped her connection to the United States government’s mission and the important work they do.  September 11th created a life long goal to partner with federal agencies to solve the most important problems we face as a country.  That includes; protecting our nation, modernizing technology critical to our veterans and enabling our warfighters. Megan has been a trusted leader supporting the federal government for over 25 years. 

The Britton Group was founded in 2013 after 15 years of leading critical components of large, complex, enterprise-wide programs in best-in-class organizations - Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, GDIT and SRA.  Megan’s experience has been pre-award proposal development through incumbent capture to program stand up and execution.  This work has spanned hundreds of programs in Intelligence, DoD, Federal Civilian, and Healthcare Information Technology.  Throughout Megan’s career she has taken on the most challenging aspects of the projects the team has been involved in. The company continues to do that for our customers to this day.
